Processing Time
All orders are handmade fresh to order. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer shipping throughout Switzerland and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We work with reliable postal and courier services to ensure your alfajorcitos reach you in optimal condition.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Within Switzerland, standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after shipment. International deliveries may take longer depending on customs processing and the destination country. Please note that delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Perishable Product Considerations
Our alfajorcitos are perishable products that are best consumed within 7-10 days. They should be stored in a cool, dry place at 17-22°C and should not be refrigerated. We carefully package all orders to protect them during transit, but we recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery to ensure the alfajorcitos are stored properly upon arrival.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@kikialfajorcitos.ch. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Delivery Issues

For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the postal service, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Weather and External Factors
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you if such issues arise.
