Refund policy

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our alfajorcitos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. All sales are final. However, we guarantee that all alfajorcitos are freshly made and carefully packaged before shipping. If you receive a product that arrives damaged during transit, is defective or of poor quality, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kikialfajorcitos.ch with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the alfajorcitos have not yet been prepared or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@kikialfajorcitos.ch with your order number. Once preparation or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If your order does not arrive or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@kikialfajorcitos.ch and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

Our alfajorcitos contain gluten and lactose. Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for orders placed by customers with dietary restrictions or allergies to our listed ingredients.
