Kiki — my nickname, my story, and my first project.
I’m Swiss, born in Ticino, and I spent my first 18 years living between Argentina and Uruguay—places that have become an essential part of my life. I returned to Switzerland to study hotel management and culinary arts, starting my professional career as a chef.
My passion for cooking became my passport. It took me around the world, learning not only recipes but also the stories behind every ingredient and every kitchen. Traveling, cooking, and discovering new flavors—it’s not just what I do, it’s how I live.
Opening my own restaurant has always been my dream. Along the way, Kiki grew naturally from a simple idea into my first project, sharing the culture, flavors, and memories of my early years, and bringing a little piece of Argentina to Switzerland.
Alfajores have always been part of my life—little treats that remind me of home and friendship. That love inspired me to create my own recipe, staying true to tradition with a gentle twist.
Kiki is more than a project; it’s a story that continues to grow day by day.
